Independent Schools of the Year 2020

The winners of Independent Schools of the Year 2020 were announced recently at a virtual awards event hosted by Independent School Parent magazine.

An independent panel of 14 judges selected the winners from more than 300 nominations and we were delighted to see so many of the British boarding schools we regularly recommend achieving recognition.

As we are often approached by families with creative children, we were delighted to see Wells Cathedral School named as Independent School of the Year for the Performing Arts.

In these unsettling times, it is reassuring to know we already work with the Independent School of the Year for Student Wellbeing, Lord Wandsworth College, and, arguably most relevant to us and our clients, we were pleased (and unsurprised!) to see Strathallan School pick up the award for Independent School of the Year for International Student Experience.

Congratulations are due to DLD College, London for being recognised as one of two Independent Boarding Schools of the Year, as well as receiving the Judges’ Special Award, while last but by no means least, bravo Shrewsbury School for taking the overall award of Independent School of the Year 2020.
