Thanks so much for asking; Paulina is really happy at The Royal Hospital School. The first few days there were a few tears due to homesickness, but that is all behind her now and she is very happy. She has already made lots of friends, and the friendliness and helpfulness of all the pupils, teachers and staff at the school is just incredible. When we visited last November, the happiness of all the students and the special connection between them was apparent, and we are delighted that Paulina can now be part of such a lovely community.

She is enjoying the lessons and is finding she can keep up quite well. In some subjects such as Biology she is still struggling a little to understand everything due to the more technical nature of the course content, but generally she is managing well.

The class sizes are perfect – 8 students in Biology, 12 in Maths and just 2 in French. Paulina says that the pupils can cover a lot more ground more quickly as result – the lessons are more intense and the student / teacher relationship much deeper.

The sports / extra-curricular offering is fantastic. Paulina has chosen piano lessons and after her piano teacher had heard her play she was immediately invited to take part in a concert for the general public during which she will play a piece by Franz Schubert – mum and dad are very proud!

My wife and I are so very grateful that you advised us, Gina, and that together we were able to select the right school for Paulina.
